A guided meditation with gentle breathwork. By using crystal singing bowls, chimes & grounding sounds, we create a tranquil space to reset and realign.

This October, dive into The Five Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom. This will be a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and really dissect this amazing book and discuss how to incorporate its message into your life.

“A Workout for Both My Body and Mind.

Stephany is wonderful yoga teacher. I owe my love for yoga to her as my first in-person yoga classes were her classes. She offered a workout for both my body and mind, and helped me understand the connection between them in working out. She always sets a peaceful yet energized vibe at the start of class, and carries that throughout making sure everyone feels seen and welcomed. Totally would recommend her classes to anyone! 

I highly recommend attending one of Stephany’s sound healing events. Her sound baths are very calming thanks to the welcoming and peaceful environment Stephany creates. I always leave them feeling relaxed and refreshed.
