Yoga Nidra and Deep Sound Meditation

Mixed together Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath allow for deep relaxation and rest. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re “bathed” in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other grounding and calming instruments. You simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound waves gently guide your body and mind into deep states of relaxation and nervous system regulation. We will start with some light journaling and intention setting, the journal can be your own, but a workbook will be provided for you and then we will move into a Yoga Nidra Meditation and then transition into the Sound Bath. A great reset for body, mind, and spirit!
